I Spend My Time Where Things Need To Work.

My work sits at the intersection of operations, entrepreneurship, leadership, and community.

Sometimes that means helping an owner figure out why everything still comes back through them. Sometimes it means building the structure, accountability, systems, and operating rhythm an organization needs to perform.

Outside of Atlas, much of my time is spent in the veteran business and service ecosystem — building relationships, connecting people to resources, mentoring entrepreneurs, supporting organizations, and working to close the gaps people too often fall through.

The common thread is simple: find the gap, build the structure, connect the right people, and keep moving.

Business. Veterans. Community.

Speaking & Convening

Participating in conversations around entrepreneurship, operations, veteran leadership, collaboration, and stronger ecosystems.

Practical Over Performative.

01

Find The Real Constraint

The visible problem is not always the real problem. Start by figuring out what is actually preventing progress.

02

Build What Can Last

Strong organizations need ownership, systems, accountability, and leadership — not constant heroics.

03

Make The Connection

If the answer is not in my lane, I would rather connect someone to the right person than pretend it is.

Have Something Worth Talking About?

Not every conversation needs to be a sales call. I keep time available for strategic networking, collaboration, introductions, ideas, and conversations with people doing meaningful work.
